How do I redeem a gift card?
Add your items to your cart. Then click on the pictogram of the cart in the top right corner once done with your purchases. Then, click on "Checkout" button. In the menu that will open, find the line that says "Redeem a gift card" and toggle the check mark next to it (as shown in the picture). Enter your gift card number and press "Apply". You are all set!

Will Michael read my message and reply personally?
Yes, I will, on all topics related directly to art! I will tell you more - I made this site myself and personally communicate with all my students. I am convinced that art and teaching are a very personal matter.
For the technical questions, my team will assist me.

Can I watch the tutorials offline?
Unfortunately, you cannot. But so long as you have a internet connection and are a member of the Watercolor Online, you can watch them as many times as you like. Lifetime access. No limit.

When will the new courses appear?
I'm working on it! :) As soon as new courses are available, you will be notified immediately by email.

Can I pay in my own currency?
Sure. We have a very good and safe payment system on site - Stripe. You can use Credit Card in any currency – it will be automatically converted. And you can also pay via PayPal!

What should I do if I am having trouble viewing the videos?
Let's try to fix it.
There are three things to do before contacting me for help:
1. Enable cookies on your computer or device.
2. Try a different internet browser. I tested courses on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. As well on iPad and iPhone :)
3. Clear your browser cache.

How many times can I watch the video courses I purchased?
You have lifetime access to the video courses from your personal account with no restrictions on the number of views.

How can I access
purchased video courses?
Once you purchased your course, you will immediately receive the email with the link to download the PDF file that will provide you access to your course. Download this file and save it in the place you remember - you will need it to access the course, any time you want.
Notice: once you have purchased the digital products, you have 30 days to download the PDF file. This file contains links you can use forever. Just make sure to download the file quickly enough!
But if you lost the access, feel free to contact us and we will take care of it.

To see it, you have to download the PDF file with all necessary links in it, once you purchased your product (it will arrive in the email).

Here is the way to download your digital products (courses or online demos/workshops):

After you purchased the product, you will get an email confirming your purchase. Open it and press the Download button to download file with the links.

Don't leave downloading the PDF file until the last minute! Remember, you only have 30 days to download it.
