Right to Refuse the Order

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, shipping to your country might not always be possible. WatercolorOnline.com reserves the right to inform you that the delivery is impossible after you get the confirmation email.


Moreover, receiving an order confirmation email from WatercolorOnline.com does not necessarily mean that WatercolorOnline.com has accepted your order and does not confirm that WatercolorOnline.com is under obligation to sell the products included in the order.


WatercolorOnline.com reserves the right, without any or further notice, to refuse to do business with a client and/or to establish limited quantities for any product included in an order.

Shipping Process

All orders are delivered by Canada Post, and the government postal service in your country (for international shipping). The delivery of your order shall be subject to the carrier’s rules. Delivery times depend on the chosen destination, plus a processing period of three (3) to five (5) business days. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when WatercolorOnline.com ships your package. This email will provide a tracking code so you can track your package on the carrier’s website.


You are responsible for collecting your order according to the carrier’s rules. After a certain period of time, non-collected orders will be returned to our WatercolorOnline.com office.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When ordering from WatercolorOnline.com, you’re responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.


Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees and customs duties (hereafter, “import fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in import fee calculations are (among others):


• Product category and price

• Shipping costs and package weight

• Customs clearance channel

• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts


Customs policies vary widely and some countries do not charge import fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.


If you refuse the customs fees, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise upon receiving it back, but not the shipping fees.

Return Policy

WatercolorOnline.com accepts returns without penalty (except shipping fees) within 14 days following the delivery of your package (for an exchange or refund).


We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the following products: books, postcards, gift cards, pens, pencils, ink, erasers, online courses or workshops.


Upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will refund you their cost (but not the shipping fees). We do not accept returned products if they have been removed from their original packaging or used.


The product(s) must be returned with their receipt and delivery slip.


You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping (exceptions mentioned below).


Shipping fees will be covered by WatercolorOnline.com in the following cases:

● You did not receive the product(s) you ordered;

● You received a damaged item. It can be exchanged for the same product;

● The product does not correspond to the description or image featured on WatercolorOnline.com and does not suit your needs;

● The product was damaged during delivery. Please note that upon receiving the product from the carrier, you must make sure it was not damaged during delivery. In the event that the product was broken during delivery, you must put it back in its original packaging and contact us using the contact form on WatercolorOnline.com website. If the box is damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. The carrier will return the box to WatercolorOnline.com.


All prices on WatercolorOnline.com are displayed in US dollars (USD), and applicable taxes will be added. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in US dollars (USD). WatercolorOnline.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are always charged based on the price at the time an order is registered.

An out-of-stock product is a product that is not available, making it impossible to fulfill a complete purchase. It is possible that the product is being ordered, not available, or recalled by the manufacturer. It may also mean that a product has been discontinued.

WatercolorOnline.com displays all the products that can be ordered on its website. Please note that the products are not always immediately available at WatercolorOnline.com. In the event that WatercolorOnline.com must wait for an out-of-stock product to be made available, your order may be put on hold before it is shipped.

WatercolorOnline.com does not guarantee the availability of products displayed on its website.

WatercolorOnline.com is not responsible for any prejudices caused by any product being out of stock.

Product Availability

WatercolorOnline.com cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise displayed on its Website. However, if WatercolorOnline.com cannot ship one or more ordered products due to a stock shortage, you may choose to receive a partial order or to wait for the missing merchandise in order to receive a complete delivery.

In such event, WatercolorOnline.com will notify you by email when the merchandise becomes available (once you press “Notify When Available” on the page of the said merchandise).

WatercolorOnline.com cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by any type of stock shortage.

Product Description

WatercolorOnline.com takes every effort to ensure that the product information displayed on the Website is accurate. However, WatercolorOnline.com does not guarantee that a product description, or any other content on WatercolorOnline.com, is accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, or free of errors.

If you receive a product displayed on WatercolorOnline.com that does not correspond to its description, your only recourse is to return it to us in its original condition.
